CQ Magnetic Dive Pump 1. Summarize
The CQ magnetic driven pumps (magnetic pumps) is a new product,
which apply the Permanent Magnetic Clutch’s work theory into the
centrifugal pump. It has the trait of reasonable design, advanced
craftwork, perfect sealing, no leaking, and anti- corrosive. The
capability is already achieved the international advanced level.
With reliable static seals replacing dynamic seals, all parts in
the flowing path of magnetic pumps are fully sealed, ensuring the
product non-leaking, anti-corrosive, small in size, less noisy,
easy to operate and maintain. The magnetic pump is made of project
plastic and stainless steel so as to have better anti- corrosion
performance and stop from polluting by medium. 2. Usage
This series is used in chemical, oil, metallurgy, plate, water
treatment, national defiance. Better for transporting acids, bases,
oils and other fluids, which are either toxic and volatile or easy
to leak, flammable and burst. The input medium temperature:
-15~+280℃. Material contain: stainless steel, project plastic and
fluorine plastic. This pump series have 5 type which contain
standard type, self-sucking type, project plastic and high
temperature type. 3. Characteristic
The input medium temperature: -15~+100℃. Material is stainless
steel. Density below 1600kg/m3,suck pressure below 0.2mpa, the max
work pressure is 1.3mpa. It can Transport medium without suspended
grain or fibrous.
